DPH Information Technology (DPH-IT) serves the Public Health user community by providing innovative, contemporary and accessible technology in computing, media and communication services so the user community can more effectively meet its goals. DPH-IT collaborates with Public Health and other North Carolina state government entities to provide this technological leadership.

 Children's Developmental Services Agency (CDSA)

  • Services: The CDSA DPH-IT team provides a wide range of network and workstation support to CDSA employees. CDSA's provide clinical services to children in a multi-county area. Besides a primary location within its catchment area, each CDSA has satellite offices to serve clients. The CDSA IT Team supports a variety of network connectivity options for both the primary and satellite offices. The team also assists end-users with workstation and application issues and provides user training in various areas of technology.
