Staff Development and Training | Forms

Staff Development and Training offers and coordinates a wide range of training and development opportunities designed to support division and department requirements for workforce development, program accreditation, and training compliance.

Areas of Focus

  • Provides both required and elective class options where focus is to equip all DPH staff with the training necessary to increase efficient and effective job performance and to ensure quality customer service.
  • Promotes and coordinates training classes throughout the year, announced through an online training calendar.
  • Monitors and tracks the completion of required training.
  • Prepares necessary reports for the department, managers and staff.
